RESERVATIONS

Our treatments are available upon appointment only.
Please allow 30 minutes for a 20 minutes treatment, 1 hour for a 50 minutes treatment, and 1.5 hours for a 1 hour and 20 minutes treatment.

ARRIVAL

For organization purposes, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment starts.
Any delay will result in a reduction of the treatment duration.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation or postponement that is not notified 12 hours in advance will be billed in full.

CONDITIONS

Treatments are only available to people of legal age.
Our massages are non-medicalized wellness and relaxation treatments.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Please inform us of any health problems or pregnancy. Some treatments may not be recommended.

SWIMMING POOL ACCESS

Caution: Swimming is not supervised.
Children starting at 4 years old.
For safety reasons, children and teenagers under 16 years old are not allowed to use the Sauna, the Hammam, and the Jacuzzi.
Please bring your personal bathing attire. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

For customers who are not residents of the hotel, the areas are accessible after purchasing 50 minutes of treatment and for a period of 2 hours before the treatment.
