RESERVATIONS

Our treatments are available by appointment only. Please allow 30 minutes for 20-minute treatments, 1 hour for 50-minute treatments, and 1.5 hours for 1 hour and 20 minutes treatments.

ARRIVAL

For better organization, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time. Any delay will result in a reduction in the treatment time.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation or postponement of an appointment that is not notified 12 hours in advance will be billed in full.

CONDITIONS

Treatments are available only to adults. Our massages are non-medicalized wellness and relaxation treatments.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Please inform us of any health problems or pregnancy. Some treatments may not be recommended.

SWIMMING POOL ACCESS

Warning: Swimming is not supervised. Please bring a bathing suit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, children (from 4 years old) and teenagers under 16 years old are not allowed to use the Sauna, the Hammam, and the whirlpool.

In addition, the swimming pool is only accessible to children over 4 years old.

For non-hotel guests, the areas are accessible from 50min of the treatment purchased and for a duration of 2h before the treatment.
